1989/1990 – REUNION OF THE AUTOMOBILE ART.
Paul Greifzu from Suhl was an extremely successful private racing driver in the pre- and post-war period, who had achieved a large part of his considerable success with the BMW 328. It was also important that Paul Greifzu had a BMW agency and a small machine factory in Suhl, which, among other things, produced spare parts and components for BMW.
The precision engineering workshop proved to be economically unsustainable in the turbulent post-reunification period. But Helmut Feierabend took over the production facility, the original machines – and two long-term employees who proved to be true experts in dealing with the old technology.
